First Things First
Leave your Contact Details in the thread "Name and Address Book" - click it in the Blog Archive to the right. Then go and vote "Is This Forum Useful" - you will only be allowed one vote but you can change it as much as you wish.
But first watch the remarkable video just below under "Need Inspiration?" - click on the arrow to start the video!
Quick Tips
It's a Good Idea to press F5 (Refresh) every time you come into this site - this ensures you get the latest of everything.
If you get lost and Refresh doesn't work, click your browser's "Back" button (blue left arrow, top left of screen) until you get to something you recognise.
Click on the very first entry in the "Blog Archive" (the "2009") to get everything on this, the main page, back to normal.
Add this Blog to your favourites and pop in every day. Keep in touch and better still, contribute! I have put a whole bunch of useful "stuff" below the Blog Archive on the right - A Calorie Calculator (Yes, really, it works - try it!), Thesaurus, Quote Of The Day, This Day In History, NASA Image Of The Day, Useful Links etc etc.
Need Inspiration?
I was looking for a video that we saw on Friday at the workshop. It was about a young man born without limbs who went on to become an All American wrestling champion.
His Name is Kyle Maynard. His secret?
"Well" he says "I gave myself no excuses for being disabled". No excuses!
I found a video of that young man, though not the video from the Oprah show.
Here he is! Google him as well, if you like.
Here's another video of a similar person. Now ask yourself - what's YOUR excuse for not following your passion?
In the video below is a biography of the Pacific Institute Videos. Interesting from a Facilitator's point of view. Click the arrow in the centre of the video to view.
